Course Overview

This course is designed for new and existing childcare practitioners to gain the necessary skills to launch a career in the Early Years. With this qualification, learners are much more employable and can go on to work in a rewarding nursery teacher role. The course gives a broad knowledge of childcare and prepares learners to work in the childcare sector. Upon successful completion of this qualification, learners can pursue a career as a Teaching Assistant, Trainee Teacher and Shadow Teacher. The course covers the content of safeguarding, importance and value of play, basic understanding of children’s development and sharing learning experiences .
